All service durations include preparation and change time. Walk-in appointments will be available on a first-come, first-served basis only. We strongly recommend making a prior reservation at least 3-5 days in advance for all service appointments. If dissatisfied, you must let us know within the 5 minute timeframe provided. However, dissatisfaction after the full service will not grant any refund. All customers receiving a spa service have the right to stop their treatment 5 minutes into the service. Service intake forms can be found in guests' appointment confirmation email or on QR codes found near our service departments in store.

Services are not included with the admission (all guests are required to purchase a general admission pass if they plan to schedule a service). Guests are required to make reservations for their services before their visit. All guests must pay the admission fee if they are receiving a service. Service tickets do not include admission price. Valid every day the facility is open and within the service hours and availability. Vouchers do not have any monetary value and cannot be combined with other offers/specials. All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
